Aris Kefalogiannis, GAEA leaders stamp

Although Aris Kefalogiannis comes from a family with strong presence in the Greek politics scene, soon after his studies in Greece and England, decided to get involved with business and specifically with the demanding food industry. He considered that the traditional Greek foods didn’t have the space they deserved, on the shelves of super markets in other countries. So in 1995 founded with his partner Dimitris Paraskevopoulos, the range of Greek traditional tastes GAEA, which had as a differentiating factor the premium quality and the packaging design. At the beginning GAEA products were only distributed in the foreign markets of USA, England etc. Today the majority of the high quality GAEA products are exported but they are also distributed in selected points of sale in Greece. The GAEA facilities of 6.500 square meters are in Agrinio and they have gained lots of awards in food products exhibitions, promoting the Greek gastronomy.
