The intensive Digital Skills Training Program, designed by the Novartis Group in collaboration with Found.ation, offers to 300 young people the opportunity to acquire the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge and prepare for the job market.

In today’s highly competitive business environment, companies have to adapt to the new digital reality. Digital transformation is radically changing the job market and pushing for new skills, putting technology at the top.

However, despite the growing demand for digital skills workers, the offer remains low. The Digital Skills program focuses on learning modern innovative and easy-to-use digital tools, thereby providing participants with everything they need in order to start their careers.

The program is aimed at unemployed youth/graduates of Higher Education Faculties, aged 18-35 who hold an unemployment card.

Each course consists of 5 training modules, totaling 12 hours, and it will have been completed in one week (morning lessons).
