For the 2nd consecutive year, AEGEAN Call Center won 1st place in the annual “Teleperformance Greece CRM Grand Prix Customer Service Awards 2018” and received the Gold Award at the “Large Call Centers” at the award ceremony held on June 28, 2019.

All calls are an opportunity to listen to our passengers and provide them with the level of service that expresses our philosophy. This is the core principle of our team, whose members are exclusively responsible for this year’s distinction. However, however satisfying the outcome, we are not resting and we will continue to do our utmost to meet the needs of our passengers. “This was stated by Mr. Antonis Radiodopoulos, AEGEAN Call Center Manager, upon receipt of the Gold Award in the “Large Call Centers” category for the company.

The AEGEAN Call Center team, made up of about 190 executives, has been distinguished for its second consecutive time, among more than 4,200 colleagues from 44 companies in 6 different business sectors participating in this year’s competition. It is worth noting that the company has been evaluated through “mystery calls” on ease of access, waiting time, perception and understanding of the request, etc. and accrued a total of 97.92%, further improving its results from the previous year.

It is reminded that the annual CRM Grand Prix has been established in Greece by Teleperformance Greece, a member of Teleperformance’s multinational group, aiming at highlighting and rewarding the best Contact Centers of each country and has been taking place in Greece for 20 years.
