LoveGreece.com supports the work of young Greek jewelery designersLovegreece Event
Faithful to its vision of promoting the creativity and value of Greeks in Greece and abroad, LoveGreece.com, the initiative of the G. & A. Mamidakis Foundation joined forces this year with A Jewel Made In Greece, aiming to support top Greek jewelry designers and their work in Greece and abroad.
After the highly successful “6th Meeting of Creators of Modern Greek Jewelry” named “Tranformations”, which took place in February at the Zappeion Megaron from A Jewel Made in Greece, LoveGreece.com continued with the presentation of the designers that emerged from AJMIG AWARDS 2019 on Friday, May 10 at Life Gallery athens Hotel member of the bluegr Hotels & Resorts in Ekali.
In a celebration of Greek jewelery named “A Jewelry Story Made in Greece”, the selected artists who stood out in the public voting and accepted the invitation of LoveGreece.com presented their work. The interviews they have given will be shown on all the communication channels of LoveGreece.com (website and social media) bringing the message of creativity to Greece and abroad and enhancing the image of Greek entrepreneurs on an international level.
The culmination of the presentation came at the end of the day, with the distinguished guests knowing the artists who participated and admiring the inspired creations that were the main exhibits of the evening. As part of the event, the guests also attended the AJMIG AWARDS 2019.
Mary Samolli, the inspirer and creator of the AJMIG platform, presented those who excelled in Solid Metal, Precious Eternities and Material Worlds. In the Solid Metals category, Pantelis Kontakis won the first prize, which was honored with the AJMIG Prize and this year he has won the highest number of votes in all categories, while in Precious Eternities The Brand the first prize was awarded to Marianna Petridis. Christiana Kafa was honored in Precious Eternities and Olga Beligianni at Material World. The Innovation Award was awarded to Dimitra Tampaki and the promotion of Greek Culture to Fai Papanikou. Honorary distinctions for their work were received by Liana Vouraki, Ileana Makri, Manos Honor (Honor Omano), Katerina Kouloubourou (KK Jewelry Lab), Anastasia Koutsampela (Lefflow), Andreas Vernardakis, Theodora D., Maro Kornelaki and Elena Konstantinopoulou and Konstantinos Athanasiou (2Design).
An important supporter of the evening was LG Electronics Hellas as technology sponsor of the AJMIG AWARDS 2019.
The bluegr Hotels & Resorts supported the event as a sponsor of hospitality, with the premises of the Life Gallery athens being the ideal backdrop for the presentation of the work of the Greek designers.
Finally, Events Music Productions took care of lighting the jewelery exhibition that was part of the event.
