Transcript

I got involved with jewelry because of my early retirement.

I’ve always liked everything about crafts.

I think that my creations are fresh and emit dynamism.

I choose to work with materials such as porcelain that I love the most, metal, silver, bronze and then the form follows.

I draw inspiration mainly from the sea.

Many of the forms I create have to do with the sense of the sea and are inspired by it.

My work is aimed at the modern woman, the dynamic one, who has no age limit.

I have the feeling that all of my moments that I have lived through so far are important.

The fact that I get the award at A Jewel Made in Greece is very important.

I love my country, it is the most beautiful place in the world and for me it is a source of inspiration.

I participate in exhibitions here in Greece and abroad and for this reason my work has become known.

My name is Maro Kornilaki and I am a jewelry designer.
