On May 17 2019, Sustainable Talks event was hosted at Stevia Hellas Cooperative HQ in Lamia, with a focus on the collaborative economy. More than 50 executives of major Companies in Greece met at Stevia Hellas, bringing our region once again at the center of publicity. The visitors, not only saw the stevia cultivation process but also attended important open discussions until, of course, they took part in the traditional feast that was organized in their honor.

It is no coincidence that the Cooperative was chosen to host the event. It is a sustainable cooperative enterprise, following high international standards, in which production and management cooperate harmoniously following the line and market trends.

The meeting was held in the context of the Sustainable Talks event organized by the CSR Division of the Hellenic American Chamber of Commerce. This time, the theme of the event was “Collaborative Growth”, values for which Stevia Hellas is an example of our region.

The main speaker of the event was the well-known “Venus Growers” Company, which for over 50 years has been exporting fruit from Veria all over the world and of course, it is a purely Cooperative enterprise.
